I was at work at Jcpenney dept store came out for a break around 11:02 went back to work, came out for lunch at 1:18pm and my car was gone. i made a report to mall security for some reason they have put up new mall cameras but they are not working mall security said it was a corporate thing. i then called hayward pd and they came out to do report. its a shame you work hard just to get where your at then someone can take from you that easy...
