[theft witnessed by neighbor] 5/20/2016 around 11:30 pm, a team of 3 men broke the window of my van (which was parked on a side street) and tried to start it. They were unsuccessful, my neighbor turned on his lights and called the police, but accomplices in a silver vehicle (perhaps a PT cruiser) rammed the van from behind repeatedly and pushed it away before the police arrived. The police did arrive, but the action was over.
