This is a 1996, Blue Dodge Grand Caravan. There are three unknown symbols scratched into the back hatch and there is a dealer sticker on the back that says 'Washington, New Jersey'. The windows are tinted and the rubber gasket around the windshield is loose on both sides at the bottom. The driver side rear tire is different from the rest and there are no hubcaps on any of the wheels.
