Vehicle was last seen on the afternoon of Tuesday Oct. 25 before 5pm. A resident witnessed (2) young black males with age ranging from late teens to early 20 twenties standing near the vehicle. One was on the phone and in addition, he was speaking and communicating to the other young man. Both were standing near the car.
