My investigation has and always pointed to one person, (NATHAN GARCIA)! Even after all the evidence ive taken to the police station, they've done nothing, iv heard nothing at all from the police about my car, not even one phone call about my car. I talked to a K9 police officer 2 months ago about it (as i was being pulled over for speeding) and he said he had actually been looking all over Salina for my mustang since it was stolen and was pretty sure it was probly in Wichita Ks, same as the evidence had lead me that i had already turned in. I also told him i hadnt heard anything at all from the police about it since the mourning i watched my car burnout down the street and waited for an officer to show up 15mins after my call. The K9 officer told me that everytime the police talk to someone/pull over/question about my car that the initial officer that took the report is supposed to notify me about it. A week after i turned in my evidence of my investigation i ran into officer Falk (took initial report) and asked her if she got everything i took down there and she said "ya i seen it sitn in my mailbox" with a smirk on her face, and acted like she hadnt even looked at it or even cared about it!.... The biggest loss i have with my mustang is my moms rosary and a necklace that held some of my daughters ashes that were hanging from the rearview mirror. My 9yr old daughter died in a wreck my family & my self were in July 18th 2016 when a lady ran a stop sign crossing a 2lane highway and t-boned us as we were going almost 60mph. My fiance was hurt, our 4 other children (ages 4, 7, 8, & 11) were hurt, and i was hurt when our vehicle slammed into the ditch and rolled end over end throwing our daughter Carmen from the vehical and she died shortly after making it to the hospital. Carmen always told me when she grew up she was gonna buy me a mustang (she always knew what my favorite car was), so it was only right to fulfill that for her and using what little insurance money i received personally after all the hospital bills for everyone and splitting it up between everyone, and i bought a 89 mustang gt, almost exactly the like my very first car i ever owned and i named her Carmen. Not only was a car stolen, but a big part of what i had to remember of my daughter was stolen, along with an actual part of her (some of her ashes in the necklace) was taken from me!.... i didnt have full coverage, and even if i did i wouldnt have taken any insurance $, in hopes that some day it would be found and come home to me and not to the insurance company. Everything about that mustang meant the world to me, i only had it for 4 months. Iv really just lost hope finding her, especially after seeing the #1 suspect driving a GREY 2014 or newer Lincon MKZ with 90 day tags that he just bought about a month ago. Any help would be appreciated more then you could ever know. My heart is heavy, and lost hope in finding her. Thank you for your time Sincerely, Chris Garcia
