The Dealer would not deliver the car to the customer until funded by the bank and when the bank did fund the car the owner of the dealership said he sold the car too cheap and was not going to give it to me and said if the bank gets mad I will stroke a check. He just commited fraud and this is not the first time he has done something like this. He thinks the bank and or insurance will take the loss and he is sorely mistaken I am going to shut him down.
