My car was stolen out of stall #40 at North Court Apartment in Northgate, Seattle, WA. The stall is located under the building at the end and corner of the parking garage. A hard place to take the car. Someone, maybe with others, smashed my passenger side window and took my car. When I came to get into my vehicle this morning, the stall was empty, except for broken glass on the ground.
