I left the car running because had problem with the battery and a guy just went into it and take off in from of my nose. I call 911 and a friend of my tries to fallow him but was unable to catch it, also the police passed by with the same result. The car has a bent on top of vehicle and little bent of the driver door also some scratches on the right side of the back bumper.
