The owner parked his Toyota Camry LE at 600 Broad St. (near Rector St.) at 2:40 PM on Sunday, February 9, 2003. When he returned to the location around 4:00 PM, the car was missing. The parking attendant did not know what happened to the car. Inside the car was a wallet with $36, a photo I.D., Credit Cards, and Drivers License. Also in the car were Keys, Jeans, a U.S. Passport, and Resident Alien Certificate.
