Car has a dent and scratches on drivers door, cracked headlight and dent on left front fender, tinted glass, yellow support our troops magnet on rear right, tail lights and brake lights not working, only safety brake light in rear window works. Interior has several burn marks on drivers seat. Also has handicapped placard which might be displayed in window which expires 2013. Car was borrowed by a friend to do work and never returned. Suspect is a white male, age 52, 61, 165lbs., white curly hair, white mustached and small white beard, always wears nascar shirts and jeans with a office max cap. Suspects name is Terry Wayne Kline and he has a southern draw accent. Suspect may have taken car to springfield IL area.
