The car was parked at the corner of Temple and Elm Streets around 6:30 PM on Tuesday Aug. 8, 2006. It has a white Ned Lamont bumber sticker on the rear. Also on the back are a Canada, Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers Band, and a "W" with a slash through stickers.
