Automobile has rear passenger side cargo window broken out and the front passenger side blinker casing missing. The person suspected of stealing the vehicle was a transient person that had come from Arizona and was headed to Hot Springs Arkansas. Suspect was seen driving the vehicle at 2:45 PM. Suspect is a White Male, 5' 11" to 6' 1" tall, mid 40s to mid 50s, suntanned, with dark brown hair, missing some front teeth, has tattoos, wears a bullet necklace, and knows construction.
