auto transpartation comapny named Unique auto transports, was hired to pick up my car. i paid them and they picked up the car and disappear. I spoke to Danny Johnson who part owner of the company & who I gave the keys and payment to. but he said he forgot to pick it up and never had it in his possession. nor he ever refund my payment. I later heard he & his brother is part of an organized crime smuggling. Now the comapny changed it name. He never return my calls. I do not live in Texas anymore. I was transporting my suv to Florida. Since I gave the vehicule to his possesion for shipping Florida laws say it not concider stolen, five months have gone by. What do I need to do. There are other person had their cars on the same ten car transport and they have lost their cars as well on the same date. Is there not a law to protect us on this type of organized crime. pls reply eddie@tellnetcr.com
