My son used my car to attend a wedding reception at the LaCrosse Center. He parked the car in the first level of the parking ramp. When he returned to the car about 2:30 am he discovered it was missing. He called the police and then call home to let me know. Together we completed a formal complaint with the LCPD at noon July 15, 2007.
