This is a 2003, Blue Dodge Neon with Blue neon lights under the car, Blue neon lights on windshield washer on hood of car, and Blue neon license plate cover. Tinted windows, 17-inch black rims with chrome outlines around the racing rims. Tag number "AEL4725" might not be right. Black trim on side of car. Car has been seen on Candler Rd., Columbia Dr., Glenwood Rd., and in areas of Atlanta.
