Witness confronted suspect who hotwired and stole vehicle at 1:00 AM on Thursday, 3/11/04. This is a T-top Vette that is paint worn & checked. The driver's seat worn, the car is LOUD when running, the front plate is empty with clear LP cover. There were 2 cowboy hats in the car when it was stolen and it has approximately 9900 miles on the odometer. The suspect is a black youth of medium build with mole on his left cheek and was wearing a dark sweatshirt.
