The Vehicle was left on 15th Avenue in Oakland due to my daughter being arrested, her thought to be friend Jackie Landry knew where the keys where and took advantage and took her car. Last seen Jackie driving it with another passenger in Oakland, CA. They wont take a police report because Jackie was able to acquire the keys after the arrest. Cancelled the insurance also. Jackie in an unlicenced operator.
