Car was parked in front of a home on sandcastle way. Car had a Dairy Queen Warning bumber sticker that said something like Nuts are used in this resteraunt or along those lines. Also it had front damage to the left front by the headlight. The headlight on the drivers side does not go off until the fuse is pulled from the fuse box.
