This is a 4-Door, Burgundy, 1998 Chrysler Concorde with dark tinted windows and a Gray interior. Someone from Columbia, SC test drove this car. He was gone for 30 minutes. During this time, it is believed that he had a duplicate key made which was used to steal the car that night.
