The car has tint that is illegally dark. There is a small circular Georgia Southern parking permit on the back windshield on the drivers side. On the front windshield on the drivers side near the bottom of the window there is a large green permit that says: Resident of Milledgeville 2005-2006. The rear bumper has the M-U-S-T-A-N-G letters in silver. There is a spoiler. The vehicle was stolen while the owner was inside. He drove for a while, and the owner was able to escape from vehicle somewhere on Cleveland Avenue.
