Vehicle was parked on a cul de sac in front of residential houses. The car was stolen some time between (7:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m.) There is a little wooden green turtle attached to the dashboard, that the head of the turtle moves freely. A lite weight trailer hitch was on vehicle. Right rear quarter panel has dent in it.
