This is a 1992, Red GMC half-ton pickup. The truck was stolen from the Theodore area on 27 April 2003. A checkbook from the truck was found Near Bellingrath and Hwy 90. [NOTE: A truck fitting this description drove away without paying for $22.00 gas at Exxon, Bellingrath & Hwy 90 on 5 May 2003.] The truck is bright red & had recently been repainted. It has a sliding rear window, dual exhausts with 3” pipe tips out the rear. The bracket is broken on the driver side exhaust pipe so that pipe hangs noticeably lower than the other. This truck sits higher than original, with large tires (almost appears to be 4-wheel drive). It has a large, very noticeable quarter moon-shaped scratch above the latch handle on the tailgate. It also has “GMC” letters in center of front grille. (Changes might have been made to this truck to disguise it.)
