The car was seen by a witness on a trailer outside of the "last seen address". The car has a scratch on the passenger rear fender and on the rear of the car near the truck lock. One of the four tires was not matched. Has a military base decal on the front windshield (top/middle). Rust on the rear bumper. Tag number is unknown at this time.
