This is a 2000, Purple Plymouth Neon. It has an orange flower with a bright green rubber stem tied to the antennae (antennae is missing), a purple stuffed bear in the back window, and a State Police Donation sticker in the driver side rear window. There is a square rust spot on the passenger door from a towing bracket on the vehicle hitting the door.
