My vehilce was an unauthorized sale. My car was at an auto repair shop and I was called from the shop owner stating that my ex boyfriend, who was not authorized to sell it, was selling my car. Per the police officer a signature was on the title, which I never signed, but the officer would not let me see it and he would not look at the signature on my license to see if they matched. This vehicle has sentimental value and I have looked everywhere for it. The police said that the only thing I can do is try and find it. I feel that I am a victim of not only a fraudlent car sale but also a victim of the police department in my area violating my personal rights. Please if you know anything report it.
