This is a classic 1971 Monte Carlo that is Cottonwood Green. It was stolen from a locked, privately rented garage by cutting hinges on locks. Believe vehicle was not driven out, but towed or removed by flatbed as keys were not with car. Special photograph on license plate in front of car - actual photograph of the car.
