Car stolen from my driveway by roommate - male who took the keys as well. Drivers side rear tire is the spare and looks different from others. Small dent on passenger front wheel well. Sea shells in back window. Mobility scooter in trunk. Handicap placard also in car. Car suspected to be in Baltimore, MD area, drug neighborhoods.
