Vehicle was stolen from Dorm parking lot. Vehicle has oversized tires and mag wheels with lift kit and black rag top. There are police stickers on rear of rag top. Theft happen at approximately 3:00 pm. Witness reported two Hispanic males leaving the scene with the vehicle who also left two stolen bikes at the scene. One was approximately 6 feet tall wearing a blue hoody and tan pants, the other had a yellow t-shirt on.
