White with tan half vinyl top. Rally wheels, hopped up engine. The guy outran Gwinnett PD. Last saw him at lakeview rd. headed toward hwy 78. There was an officer at 78, he stated the guy did not make it to 78. He may have turned off on pinehurst or rigedale. Small white guy with sideways ballcap, and scruffy beard/goatee.
