on monday night michael wallenburg had permission to use my vechile. upon going to a friends house setting the keys down on the table to use the rest room the person that was with him took the keys without permission and took off with the vechile. this occured on 7/14/07. today 7/19/07 i was walking on broadway at the corner of mickle and i observed a young light skin black individual driving my vechile going toward the transportation center. the van has a large rust spot on the roof above the drivers side. also the drivers door has duck tape as the latch is broken.
