This is a 1987, Black Buick Grand National (Regal T-Type). It might have been stolen using a tow truck between the hours of 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The car was parked in a Business Center parking lot located behind "Papa Deuxs Restaurant" off of Algonquin Rd., 1/2 block east of Golf Rd.
