The car was parked on S. Ellis Ave at 10:00 PM, on Monday, February 25. It was parked across the street in front of Apt. building 6229. The car has a small dent and scratch on the rear drivers side close to the tire. The rear license plate has a silver Dodge border with the Ram head on both sides.
