Taken from Transit Park and Ride. Truck has black vinyl topper on back and trailer hitch on back bumper. The truck was spotted around 10:20 AM at the intersection of Bunker Lake Blvd. and Thurston Ave. There is a different license plate on the truck now that begins with WMR (and the last 3 numbers were unreadable). The suspect is said to be a teenage male. Police were dispatched to the area, but the suspect had a 15 minute window before it was called in.
