Car Recovered!...Broward Sheriffs Office found the tag had been replaced with one from another black BMW..an alert owner noticed the switch and reported to police..an alert officer saw the car on the road and ran the tag number and found it was a stolen tag...one arrested..and car in reasonably good shape!
