Car was parallel parked in front of an apartment complex. Sometime Thursday during the day or that night, the car was stolen. DC towing web sites do not show the car as being towed. Car has 18-inch chrome wheels, no tint, and stickers on the windshield for zone 6 parking and Bolling AFB. No other markings.
