Was parked on the shoulder and out of gas. Doors were locked. It would have only moved via a tow truck, but over 36 hours later has not been registered and is considered stolen. The driver side mirror is duck taped on. It has two stickers on the rear windshield. On the left hand driver's side of the rear windshield is a white UH sticker, and on the right hand passenger side of the rear windshield is a FIJI sticker. The front two tires do not have hub caps, and the rear two tires do.
