Dover Police try to apprenhend vehicle from suspect but the suspect stated that this was his wifes car and that his wife let him use the vehicle. The vehicle was last seen by victim on March 4, 2007. Victim stated that she has made repeated phone calls to suspect requesting that he return the vehicle or the vehicle would be reported stolen. The suspect has had not contact with the victim and refused to return said property to the registered owner, the victim
