I was parked on Pratt St. in front of the homes at approximately 12:00 PM (noon) to take the EL-Train to the Center City. In the front seat of the car there was clothing, a large straw hat, and a blue umbrella. The back seat was full of clothing, shoes, and a large can of paint. The trunk was full of misc. items.
