Calvin Monroe Nelson Stole my 2001 Silver Four Door Dodge Neon on April 26 2011. The vehicle does not have any city stickers and still has temp plates. He removed the temp plates and placed them in the back window. He goes by Allis’s: C, Black Sheep, Coo-Coo Cal. He also has a twin Alvin Monroe Nelson. Birthday is sept 28 1983. Both were seen in the car.
