A friend of mine Named Ian G Dawson came to visit end of September. When he arrived he brought his dog and 3 suitcases and ended up staying much longer than anticipated. After staying over 14 days and eating me out of house and home, and when i confronted him about contributing while staying at my place, he ignored my comments and asked if he could use my vehicle to go to Econdido and I said NO! He doesn't have a license, the vehicle was just recovered by the Atty General who assisted the return from Nexis Auto. Needless to say, on Oct 7th at 10:30 am Ian took my car without permission I sent him the Rescind notification and he refuses to return my car to me.

Recently discovered, that the original license plates were removed and replaced with a CA license plate taken from a Honda vehicle. The person who stole this vehicle has a small redish brown Daschhound Female Dog. He has been scene and supposedly resides in North Park Area and often in Escondido
