The van is white, tan interior and look stock from factory built. 1988 ASTRO passenger van with trailer hitches, factory wheels, black bumpers no dents, only blemishes. It was on Saturday 05/13/2013 last parked in the morning when owner was walking past his parked vehicle on the way to Los Angeles City College library. The owner returned past 2pm walked on way to his apt on Kenmore near 1st street, noticed it was missing. Only a parking ticket with expired tags up current with passed smog for year 2014. The owner is a LACC AA graduate 2013.
