My car was recently bought; its not even a week old. Really light rust on the front hood. It has light scratches on the back hood. It also has a red tie under front bumper and no city sticker yet because I just bought it. Any leads on it please DO NOT hesitate to call the police station or here. I beg you and thank you all.
