I was forced to park my vehicle on the corner of Plymouth and Oakman near stoepal because the alternator went out on it. The car would not start. I parked it there on Sunday 6/23/13. I was able to go and get it and have it towed on Wednesday 6/26/13 but when I got there it was gone. No record of it being impounded with the police so I reported it stolen. I don't see how anyone could have driven it away since the alternator was out and would not start.
