Minivan was parked in front of apartment complex. It is a 3-door silver Plymouth voyager minivan with a black roof rack and two college stickers on the back below the window: Roosevelt University and Western Illinois University. There were also several bundles of a ministry newspaper in the back. There rear windows were tinted. Some rust below the doors, but no other noticeable damage.
