The minivan was parked next to the building #440 on Neptune Ave., and last seen by owner at about 3:30 p.m. November 13, 2002. Then at about 5 p.m. the owner saw that the car wasnt there. The car is without the rear seat. Inside the car in the back there was some construction materials: tinset, and few lamps.
