On January 3, 2014, Police were called to my apartment at 6:52pm because a Troy L Harris was trying to steal my truck. I asked Mr. Harris to leave my truck alone but he would not listen. I was asked by Police to call them back when he left. At 7:02pm, I watched as he drove off with my truck while I called Police back. Being a single mother and the fact that I had no gas in my car, I could not follow him and could not see which direction he went because he went down a different path and I could not follow him on foot.

My truck is white and has two thick distinctive blue lines that run from the front of my truck, to on top of my truck, all the way to the back of the truck.
