Vehicle was legally parked at the Longhorn Steakhouse Restaurant (2521 W Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73134) for 60 minutes, around 3pm on 01/15/2014. Witness saw a white truck with no description on doors towing the vehicle. Police was called and a stolen vehicle report was completed. The police department checked with all towing companies in the area regarding the tow of the vehicle and NONE have registered such tow. The vehicle was in legal driving condition and with no payments behind. Police Officer stated the vehicle was very likely stolen using a towing truck. When parked, the vehicle had emergency brake ON, set on "P", and with steering wheel locked.
