Vehicle was from 5th floor of parking garage. Vehicle was spotted exiting the premiss of the Block Loft Apartments and accompanied by a 2013 Dodge Avenger that is believed to be involved. It has a Georgia license plate number of ppm5546. Both vehicles exited together, one behind the other in a hurry through the same single controlled gate exit lane of the complex on March 6, 2014 at 1AM est.
